As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles to get you out of your exercise comfort zone. As well as getting you in shape for you own lifestyle or a special event. I can also help with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from injury, and sports-specific training.

PERSONAL TRAINING

1 - 2- 1

Whether you’re training to lose weight, for a special occasion, want to trim and tone or just find more energy and confidence let's work together to hit your goals. 

  • Contact me to arrange a free consultation. This will include a light workout.

  • Pay as you go personal training 

       - £30 (Outdoors)

       - £50 (In Gym)

Depending on your goals the next session you book could include; Body fat measurements, BMI analysis, mobility assessment, range of movement assessments, nutritional advice and more.

GROUP FITNESS

PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

6 week live group course

Invest in a group programme to help keep you accountable.

For just £150. I will help you re-find your energy and motivation to exercise which will result in increased body confidence.

What will you get?​

  • 6 x group zoom sessions - 1/week

  • 1 x 1-2-1 PT session (Zoom or face to face)

  • Weekly workout challenges

  • Bepsoke workouts

  • Nutritional advice and guidance 

I ask you to commit to 1 online lesson a week and 4 minutes a day.

Don't want to work out on your own? It's ok I get it! I offer a special group rate if you want to bring some friends and enjoy the journey together.

Outdoor Only

  • 1 group session - £50 

      (That's just £10 each if you get 5 friends together)

  • 6 group sessions - £250

      (That's just £8 per person/session based on 5 people)
