When does the course finish?
Courses are usually 6 weeks long
Do I have to come to every session?
Not at all, that is entirely up to you sessions will not be recorded as there is no time to to play catch up but if you miss a session you will always have the fitness challenge to complete.
Do I need any equipment?
A set of dumbells or a kettle bells would be great, It's not essential as the stregth exercises can be done using just body weight but you wil get more benefits for your body if you use 2-5kg dumbells or a 8-12kg kettlebell.
A mat is also handy but not essential.
What if I am not very fit?
Please do not worry. We have a range of women on these programmes, exercises are tailored to suit all abilities and you can go as hard or as easy as you like.
How much is it?
£150 if your are an existing client of mine and £200 if not.
